Paulina Michnowska creates visual allegories, often humorous, rooted in autobiographical anecdotes, historical folklore and the dullness of mundanity. She uses an assortment of collected imagery from books, photographs, newspaper cuttings and ancient sculptural artefacts. She employs a wide range of media that includes drawing, painting and ceramics.
